<br />ZONING ADMINISTRATOR HEARING <br /> <br />MINUTES <br /> <br />SEPTEMBER 21, 2005 <br /> <br />TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 2005-07 (County Parcel Map No. 2005-145) <br /> <br />Sergio Klotz, Zoning Administrator, opened the public hearing at 10:48 a.m. in the <br />City Hall Ross Annex Conference Room 2001. <br /> <br />In attendance were: William Beaubeaux, Applicant representative, Greg Miller, <br />Engineer, Lucy Linnaus, Case Planner; Karen Haluza, Principal Planner; and Martha <br />Ramirez, Recording Secretary. <br /> <br />Lucy Linnaus presented the staff report and recommendation to consolidate eight <br />parcels into one parcel for the Orange County Performing Arts Pavilion at 801 North <br />Main Street. She indicated that no new construction was proposed at the site; this <br />hearing dealt strictly with a lot consolidation. <br /> <br />Public Comments: <br /> <br />Mr. Miller commented on the final map and would like clarification that all eight <br />parcels were consolidated into one parcel (not Parcel 1 and Parcel A). Ms. Linnaus <br />concurred. <br /> <br />Mr. Klotz inquired if the applicant had reviewed and understood the conditions of <br />approval and asked if they were acceptable. Mr. Beaubeaux indicated he was in <br />agreement with the staff report. <br /> <br />Mr. Klotz moved to approve Tentative Parcel Map No. 2005-07 as conditioned. <br /> <br />The hearing adjourned at 10:59 a.m. <br /> <br />Martha Ramirez <br />Recording Secretary <br /> <br />31A-11 <br />
