Seven of the parcels are contiguous and are <br />developed with a 46,750 square foot theater and restaurant building and <br />its related parking lot. In addition, an eighth parcel located on the <br />east side of Bush Street is developed with a parking lot that serves the <br />theater and restaurant building. <br /> <br />The zoning designation for the site is Midtown Specific Plan (SP-3), <br />with a General Plan land use designation of District Center (DC) and <br />Professional and Administrative Offices (PAO). Surrounding land uses <br />include a theater and commercial uses to the north; a parking lot, a <br />multi-family residential project and a commercial building to the east; <br />and commercial uses to the south and the west (Exhibits 1 and 2) . <br /> <br />EXHIBIT A <br /> <br />31A-2 <br />
