Adopt a resolution approving General Plan Amendment No. 2005-02. <br /> <br />2. Adopt an ordinance approving Amendment Application No. 2005-06. <br /> <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION <br /> <br />On September 26, 2005, the Planning Commission recommended that the City <br />Council adopt a resolution approving General Plan Amendment No. 2005-02 <br />and adopt an ordinance approving Amendment Application No. 2005-06 by a <br />vote of 6: 0 (Rodriguez absent) to change the General Plan land use <br />designations and zoning districts to be consistent with the underlying <br />single family residential, public school, church and open space land uses <br />at 1801 South Poplar Street; 1305, 1309, 1313, 1401, 1405, 1409, 1413 and <br />1417 West St. Andrew Place; and 1622 and 1910 South Bristol (Exhibit A). <br />The Planning Commission approved the recommended action "consistent with <br />the Bristol Street Corridor Specific Plan". <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br /> <br />There is no fiscal impact associated with this action. <br /> <br /> <br />Agency <br /> <br />MGM:rb <br />mgm\plancomm\aa05-06gapo5-02.StAndrew.cc <br /> <br />75A-1 <br /> <br />
