<br />2.6 "Final Design" means the final design documents for a work of public art, <br />which is set forth in greater detail in Section 5.8 of this Agreement. <br /> <br />2.7 "Government Powers" has the meaning given such term in Section 5.13 <br />of this Agreement. <br /> <br />2.8 "Map" means Tentative Tract Map No.2005-08, approved concurrently <br />with this Agreement. <br /> <br />2.9 "Mortgage" has the meaning given such word in Section 8.1 of this <br /> <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />2.10 "Mortgagee" has the meaning given such word in Section 8.2 of this <br /> <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />2.11 "Project" is the development of the Property as set forth in SD-79, <br />Tentative Tract Map No. 2005-08, Mitigated Negative Declaration No. ER 2005-18, and Site <br />Plan Review No. 2005-12. <br /> <br />2.12 "Property Owner" or "Owner" means Steadfast Courtyards, L.P., being <br />the person, persons, or entity having a legal or equitable interest in the Property, and includes <br />Steadfast Courtyards, L.P.'s successors in interest. <br /> <br />2.13 "Property" is the real property described in Exhibit A and referred to in <br /> <br />Exhibit B. <br /> <br />2.14 Pnblic Art" has the meaning given such term in Section 5.8 of this <br /> <br />Agreement. <br /> <br />2.15 Public Art Locational Plan means the conceptual Plan attached hereto as <br />Exhibit C.
