<br />Closure Letter was issued by the City in 1994 for the <br />removal of the underground storage tanks. The issuance of <br />the Closure Letter indicates that no residual contamination <br />is located on the project site. <br /> <br />D. For a project located within an airport land use plan <br />or where such a plan has not been adopted, within two <br />miles where a public airport or public use airport, <br />would the project result in a safety hazard for people <br />residing or working in the project area? <br /> <br />No Impact <br /> <br />According to the Orange County Airport Environs Land Use <br />Plan, the project site is not located within an accident <br />potential zone, clear zone or FAA Notification Area. <br />Implementation of the proposed project would not pose a <br />hazard to people working or residing within the project <br />area. <br /> <br />VIII. HYDROLOGY/WATER QUALITY <br /> <br />A. Violate Regional Water Quality Control Board water <br />quality standards or waste discharge requirements? <br /> <br />I. Resulting an increase in pollutant discharges to <br />receiving waters? <br /> <br />J. Result in significant alteration of receiving water <br />quality during or following construction. <br /> <br />E. Otherwise substantially degrade water quality? <br /> <br />K. Could the proposed project result in increased erosion <br />downstream? <br /> <br />N. Tributary to an already impaired water body, as listed <br />on the Clean Water Act Section 303(d) list.
