<br />According to the City's General Plan Land Use Element EIR, <br />the project site is not included within any habitat <br />conservation plan or any natural community conservation <br />plan. <br /> <br />X. MINERAL RESOURCES <br /> <br />A. Result in the loss of availability of a locally <br />important mineral resource recovery site delineated on <br />a local general plan, specific plan or other land use <br />plan? <br /> <br />No Impact <br /> <br />According to the City's General Plan Land Use Element FEIR <br />97-1 there are no areas in Santa Ana that are designated as <br />significant Mineral Aggregate Resource Areas. Therefore, <br />implementation of the proposed project would not result in <br />the loss of any regionally or locally important mineral <br />resource. <br /> <br />XI. NOISE <br /> <br />Noise Standards <br /> <br />The project site is located within the City of Santa Ana <br />and subject to noise standards and guidelines in the <br />General Plan Noise Element and Municipal Code Noise <br />Ordinance. <br /> <br />Noise Element <br /> <br />The primary purpose of the City of Santa Ana Noise Element <br />is to prevent significant increases in noise levels in the <br />community, to minimize the adverse effects of existing <br />noise sources and to site proposed land uses in areas that <br />are compatible with the noise environment. In accordance <br />with the Noise Element, the City has adopted noise <br />standards and guidelines for land use planning. These <br />guidelines for exterior noise levels are presented in Table <br />N-l. <br /> <br />21 <br /> <br />758-36 <br />
