<br />The proposed project would generate 545 daily vehicle trips <br />with 39 occurring in the AM Peak Hour and 39 occurring in <br />the PM Peak Hour. The projected traffic trips would be <br />consistent with the traffic projections within the City's <br />General Plan Circulation Element. The Public Works <br />Department has determined that implementation of the <br />proposed project would not result in significant project- <br />related traffic impacts or individually or cumulatively <br />exceed any required level of service established by the <br />City or by the County's Congestion Management Program. To <br />provide for regional transportation impacts the proposed <br />project would be subject transportation system improvement <br />fees. <br /> <br />C. Result in a change in air traffic patterns, including <br />either an increase in traffic levels or a change in <br />location that results in substantial safety risks? <br /> <br />No Impact <br /> <br />The proposed project involves the construction and <br />operation of a single-story restaurant/retail building. <br />Implementation of the proposed project would not result in <br />any changes to air traffic patterns. The proposed project <br />would not result in any substantial safety risks related to <br />aircraft traffic. <br /> <br />D. Substantially increase hazards to a design feature <br /> <br />Less Than Significant Impact <br /> <br />Construction operations associated with the proposed <br />project could result in a short-term increase of <br />construction traffic volumes within the project area. <br />However, the increased level of construction traffic is not <br />expected to significantly increase vehicle or pedestrian <br />hazards within the project area. <br /> <br />E. Result in inadequate emergency access <br /> <br />Less Than Significant Impact <br /> <br />As part of the City's development review process, the Fire <br />Department has reviewed the proposed project for potential <br />impacts in regards to emergency access.
