Result in inadequate parking capacity <br /> <br />Less Than Significant Impact <br /> <br />The proposed project would comply with the City's parking <br />requirements for restaurant and retail uses. No adverse <br />parking impacts would be associated with implementation of <br />the proposed project. <br /> <br />G. Conflict with adopted policies supporting alternative <br />transportation <br /> <br />No Impact <br /> <br />The proposed project would not be in conflict with any <br />adopted policies regarding alternative modes of <br />transportation. Implementation of the proposed project <br />would not displace existing public transportation <br />facilities. <br /> <br />XVI. UTILITIES <br /> <br />A. Exceed wastewater treatment requirements of the <br />applicable Regional Water Quality Control Board? <br /> <br />B. Require or result in the construction of new water or <br />wastewater treatment facilities or expansion of existing <br />facilities, the construction of which could cause <br />significant environmental effects? <br /> <br />E. Result in the determination by the wastewater treatment <br />provider, which serves or may serve the project that it <br />has adequate capacity to serve the project's projected <br />demand in addition to the providers existing commitments. <br /> <br />Less Than Significant Impact <br /> <br />The City of Santa Ana and the Orange County Sanitation <br />District (OCSD) would provide wastewater service to the <br />project site. The project area is improved with sewer <br />facilities. A system of local and regional sewer lines <br />would convey wastewater flows to OCSD Reclamation Plant 1 <br />in the City of Fountain Valley.
