<br />Implementation of the proposed project would increase the <br />City's wastewater demand by 200 gallons per day. The <br />proposed project is consistent with the City's General plan <br />and the water demands of the proposed project are accounted <br />for in the City's Urban Water Management Plan. According to <br />the Water Department, there would be no adverse impacts <br />associated with providing wastewater service to the <br />project. Additionally, the City's Water Department <br />indicates that that there would available capacity in the <br />existing sewer lines to accommodate the proposed project. <br />The project would be subject to sewer connection fees with <br />the City and the Orange County Sanitation District. <br /> <br />The wastewater flows generated from the proposed project <br />would provide an incidental increase in the amount of <br />wastewater flows to the Reclamation Plant No. 1 and would <br />have less than a significant impact on wastewater treatment <br />facilities. <br /> <br />c. Require or result in the construction of new storm <br />water drainage facilities or expansion of existing <br />facilities, the construction of which could cause <br />significant effects. <br /> <br />Less Than Significant Impact <br /> <br />The project site is situated within an area that is <br />currently improved with drainage facilities. Implementation <br />of the proposed project would not significantly increase <br />the amount of surface water runoff generated from the <br />project site. Implementation of the proposed project would <br />not require the construction of new drainage facilities <br />that would impact the environment. <br /> <br />D. Are sufficient water supplies available to serve the <br />project from existing entitlements and resources or <br />are new or expanded entitlements needed? <br /> <br />Less Than Significant Impact <br /> <br />The proposed project would increase the City's domestic <br />water demand by approximately 220 gallons per day. The <br />proposed project is consistent with the City's Urban Water <br />Management Plan. Through the City's development review <br />process, the Public Works Department has indicated that the <br />City would have the ability to provide adequate water <br />service to the project site.
