<br />Section 3. <br />follows: <br /> <br />That Section 3 of Resolution No. 2005-066 is amended to read as <br /> <br />The pay and benefits authorized by this Resolution shall hereby be extended to <br />those full time officers and employees of the City called to active military duty <br />for more than 30 continuous days in connection with the disaster relief efforts in <br />the Gulf of Mexico region of the United States. <br /> <br />Section 4. That existing Sections 3 and 4 of Resolution No. 2005-066 be <br />retained and shall be renumbered Sections 4 and 5, respectively. <br /> <br />Section 5. Except as herein amended, Resolution No. 2005-066, as amended, <br />shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br />Section 6. This Resolution shall be effective as of November 7, 2005, and the <br />Clerk of the Council shall attest to and certify the vote adopting this Resolution. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />,2005. <br /> <br />Miguel A.
