Furnish and replenish paper towel supply in all areas of the leased space. <br />(4) Sweep or dust mop all hard surface floors, and carpet sweep all carpeted areas, including stairways <br />and halls. Offices with hard surface floors in the public lobby area shall be damp-mopped daily. <br />(5) Remove finger marks and smudges from all glass entrance doors. <br />(6) Specifically check, and ifaction is needed, then: <br />a. Dust the tops of all furniture, counters, cabinets, and window sills, (which are free of interfering <br />objects). <br />b.
