CERTIFICATION <br /> Consultant acknowledges that funds for this Agreement have been granted to <br /> City, acting through the Santa Ana Police Department, in its capacity as the Core City for <br /> the Santa Ana Urban Area, from the federal Department of Homeland Security, Office of <br /> Domestic Preparedness, through the State of California, Office of Homeland Security, to <br /> enhance countywide emergency preparedness. Consultant shall execute and be bound by <br /> the Certification Regarding Debarment, Suspension and Other Responsibility Matters, as <br /> set forth in Exhibit C, attached hereto." <br /> 4.
