The chart below summarizes many of <br />the outreach recruitment and eligibility determination activities along with a tentative timeline <br />for the enrollment of all 30 proposed participants. Initial participant program goals will be submitted <br />within 30 days of notice by the W/O/R/K Center Service Navigation team that the participant is <br />enrolled. Should current (with in two years) test scores not be available, participants will be <br />given the TABE to assess their basic skills. Job readiness, job search skills, occupational <br />interests, etc., will be assessed during [he summer and/or early fall in order that each pazticipant's <br />ISS is up-to-date. Other aspects of the participant assessment process will be ongoing for the <br />time each participant is in the Success Bound! program; e.g., in the area of support services, the <br />need for transportation assistance or childcaze will be reviewed on a regular basis. <br />13 <br />
