<br />. . <br /> <br />CATERING AND ROOM FEES: <br /> <br />Fees are based on the size of your group, the room, the date and day <br />you reserve, as well as consultation with SAPAEC staff. <br /> <br />GUARANTEED GUEST COUNT: <br /> <br />A minimum attendance guarantee is required seven (7) days in advance of <br />your event. If you do not contact us within the specified time, your <br />expected attendance will serve as your guarantee. Once the guaranteed <br />guest count is provided, no reduction of guest count or billing will be <br />accepted under any circumstances. Any increase to the guarantee will <br />be billed and payable the day of the event. If your guest count <br />increases within 3 days of the event, a $5/person surcharge will apply <br />to each guest above your count. <br /> <br />Initial: <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />FACILITY SETUP AND CLEANING FEE: <br /> <br />Each event is allowed a 2 hour setup and 1 hour <br />For excessive setup and cleaning, an additional <br />apply. Damages caused by your guests and vendors are your <br />responsibility. <br /> <br />Initial: <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES/BAR SERVICE: <br /> <br />Depending on the size and agreement regarding your event, SAPAEC will <br />provide full bar service, which includes complete set-up and break-down <br />of bar, bartender, glasses, napkins, ice and garnishes. Should you <br />require additional bar service, there is a $175 additional charge for <br />additional bar set-ups. All beverages must be supplied by SAPAEC. Any <br />special requests will be purchased by SAPAEC and served by our staff. <br />Beverage service is subject to the regulations of California and <br />alcoholic beverages will not be served to minors under any <br />circumstance. SAPAEC reserves the right to check current <br />identification on persons appearing to be under the age of 21. <br />Should a problem arise, all alcohol being served will be removed.
