This endorsement, effective 12:01 AM, February 28, 2007 <br />Forms a part of Policy No: EG2223762 <br />Issued to: Ware Disposal Company, Inc. <br />By: Select Programs Insurance Services <br />any other valid and collectible property <br />insurance (including any deductible or <br />portion thereof) available to the insured <br />whether primary, excess, contingent or on <br />any other basis, and the Other Insurance <br />condition of this policy is changed <br />accordingly, <br />6. FIRE, LIGHTNING OR EXPLOSION DAMAGE <br />a. The word fire is Changed to fire, lightning <br />or explosion where it appears in: <br />(1) SECTION III - Limits Of Insurance, <br />paragraph 6.,, and <br />(2) SECTION IV, Paragraph 4., Other <br />Insurance, Subparagraph b, <br />b. SECTION VI. - DEFINITIONS, Paragraph <br />13, subparagraph a. is deleted in its <br />entirety and replaced with the following: <br />a. A contract for lease of premises, <br />Any coverage afforded by Section 6. of <br />this Endorsement shall be subject to <br />SECTION III - LIMITS OF INSURANCE, <br />paragraph 6. <br />c. The last paragraph of SECTION I - <br />COVERAGE A (after the exclusions) is <br />replaced by the following: <br />Exclusions c, through n. do not apply to <br />damage by fire, lightning or explosion to <br />premises rented to you or temporarily <br />occupied by you with permission of the <br />owner. A separate limit of insurance <br />applies to this coverage as described in <br />SECTION III - LIMITS OF INSURANCE. <br />d. The Limit of Insurance shown in the <br />Declarations will apply to all damage <br />proximately caused by the some event, <br />whether such damage results from fire, <br />lightning or explosion or any combination <br />of the three. <br />e. The Damage To Premises Rented To <br />You Limit referred to in Paragraph S. is <br />77479 (1101j <br />CI1266 <br />replaced by a new Damage To <br />Premises Rented To You Limit, which <br />will be subject to all of the terms of <br />SECTION III - LIMITS OF INSURANCE. <br />The new Damage To Premises Rented <br />To You Limit is the higher of: <br />(1) $300,000; or <br />(2) The amount shown in the Declarations <br />for Damages to Premises Rented To <br />You Limit. <br />However, this Limit will not apply if <br />coverage for Damage To Premises <br />Rented To You, provided by SECTION <br />I, COVERAGE A, is excluded either by <br />the provisions of the Coverage Part or <br />by endorsement. <br />SUPPLEMENTARY PAYMENTS - COVERAGES A <br />AND B <br />7. SUPPLEMENTARY PAYMENTS <br />SECTION I, SUPPLEMENTARY PAYMENTS - <br />COVERAGES A AND 13, Paragraph I., <br />Subparagraphs a, and d, are deleted in their <br />entirety and replaced with the following: <br />b. Up to $1000 for cost of bail bonds <br />required because of accidents or traffic <br />law violations arising out of the use of <br />any vehicle to which the Bodily Injury <br />Liability coverage applies. We do not <br />have to furnish these bonds. <br />d. All reasonable expenses incurred by <br />the insured at our request to assist us <br />in the investigation or defense of the <br />claim or suit, including actual loss of <br />earnings up to $500 a day because of <br />time off from work. <br />PAGE 3 OF 11 <br />
