<br />to a Construction and Demolition Debris Processing Facility, or to <br />an End User. <br />k. Recvc1in l! means collecting, sorting, cleansing, treating, <br />processmg and reconstituting recyclable solid wastes for the <br />purpose of reuse. <br />I. Santa Ana Customers means one or more customers of the <br />Madison Materials Facility that meet all of the following criteria: <br />(I) the customer is an entity that holds a Non -Exclusive Hauling <br />Agreement with the City of Santa Ana; and (2) the customer is <br />depositing C&D Debris or Incidental Wastes generated at <br />Temporary Construction Sites in the City of Santa Ana at the <br />Madison Materials Facility for processing. <br />m. Temporary Construction Site means a location upon which <br />temporary construction activities are occurring, including without <br />limitation, construction, remodeling, repau, dernolition, site <br />preparation or grading occurring at or on streets, houses, <br />commercial buildings, and other structures or sites. <br />n. Willinl! and Able to Accept C&D Debris means that Madison <br />Materials will accept all C&D Debris and Incidental Waste <br />delivered by each Santa Ana Customer until daily capacity is met <br />or until 6 p.m. whichever occurs first. Madison Materials must <br />process all deliveries, determine the gross weight, receive, inspect, <br />provide for the unloading of C&D Debris and Incidental Waste, <br />and determine the tare weight of all delivered loads on a first-come <br />first-served basis. Fifteen minutes after arrival at the Madison <br />Materials Facility, all Santa Ana Customers will be given priority <br />over all of Madison Material's other customers, in the order of <br />their arrival. <br /> <br />4. AREA OF OPERATION <br />CONTRACTOR shall have the right to operate anywhere within the City limits. <br /> <br />4 <br />
