C. The following inspections shall be made at the headend: <br />Stand -by -carriers <br />NET patch bays and switching bridges <br />Stand-by power generators <br />Radio carriage <br />Aural levels <br />Emergency override equipment <br />Installation of leased access equipment <br />Microwave and satellite receive equipment <br />D. The following inspections shall be performed at the Grantee's office and <br />elsewhere: <br />Telephone answering equipment <br />Billing, converter, and converter addressing computer equipment <br />Parental control lock systems <br />III. Prepare a final comprehensive report (test and summary report) following the <br />conclusion of the performance test. <br />A. The test report shall include a description of testing methods, testing criteria, list of <br />locations tested, and test scores. <br />B. The summary report ("Executive Report") shall employ graphs and charts summarizing <br />the scores of all testpoints and make comparative analysis of the test results to the <br />minimum standards found in the Grantee's franchise and the current <br />CFR 47 Part 76 (FCC) Rules and Regulations. <br />11 <br />
