PUBLIC COI~ENTS <br /> <br />Patricia Mill, 617 S. Starboard, requested the Council to discontinue <br />City expenditures for litigation against the Mitchell Bros. Theater. <br /> <br />Allan St. Jacques, Victoria Drive, addressed Council, requesting relief <br />from additional traffic resulting from the Northwest Santa Ana Traffic <br />Plan. The Mayor requested the City Manager to provide a report to <br />Council on the matter in thirty days. <br /> <br />John Raya, 4618 W. Nollyline, addressed Council, expressing concerns <br />regarding the illegal discharge of firearms within the City, preparation <br />for assimilation of residents granted amnesty under recent Federal <br />immigration law changes, lack of Council availaDility to the citizenry <br />and other matters of municipal jurisdiction. <br /> <br />Alan Woo, 1313 W.
