10. Wheelchair Accessible Service <br />The lead driver supervisor will be using an ADA acces- <br />sible wheelchair vehicle. This vehicle allows for safe rear <br />entry of a wheelchair passenger without him or her hav- <br />ing to disembark. The driver will be trained according to <br />OCTA guidelines. An extra passenger may also be car- <br />ried in the front passenger seat. Our fleet currently main- <br />tains two ADA wheelchair vans, with plans to purchase <br />two additional units. This service complements our <br />wheelchair accessible courtesy phones and will help The <br />Depot to comply with any ADA requirements. <br />11. Implementation Plan and Date <br />A White and Yellow Cab Inc. will work with the City to ensure seamless coverage. Most <br />aspects of this proposal will be ready within seven to fourteen days of contract award. All <br />training, installation of equipment, and refurbishment are ready to go with short notice. <br />12. Operational Summary <br />A White and Yellow Cab Inc. is a professional corporation with breadth and depth of experi- <br />ence. Although we are not a "big city" operation, it is a considerable asset when our team of <br />managers and drivers are focused and dedicated to be the best for one single government <br />contract - The Depot. Our finances are exceptionally strong and without excessive debt or <br />dependency. Our management team is presently unencumbered with any large government <br />contract. We are available. Our focus is on The Depot contract. Our emphasis on driver <br />service and our 100% satisfaction guarantee programs, coupled with quality assurance, allow <br />us to raise the bar of service. We offer a detailed proposal to refurbish and maintain the <br />image of The Depot and that of the City of Santa Ana with our hands on management and <br />operational plan. <br />
