Santa Ana Corporate Roots A White and Yellow Cab Inc. started in Santa Ana in 1986 under various "doing business as" sole proprietor entities and incorporated names. The original company then underwent several changes to finally incorporate into AAA Yellow Cab Inc. in 1991. That original name was then amended to be A AAA Yellow Cab Inc., a few days later to help distinguish ourselves from the Automobile Club (AAA.) The vehicles were originally gold and yellow. The corporation was so named as most people were only familiar with the generic term " Yellow Cab ". Over the years, corporate leadership saw a need to create it's own identity, and distinction from the common "Yellow Cab" and subsequently renamed the corporation - A White and Yellow Cab Inc. in 1996. The corporation remained under the original charter of AAA Yellow Cab, established earlier. The vehicle color scheme was changed to White and Yel- low to emphasize our professionalism with White on the bottom of the vehicles, with Yellow on top. The corporation is a non - public corporation, corporate ID #C1688131. The sole president, officer, and shareholder is Hossein Nabati. Hossein Nabati also has title as Treasurer, Secretary, and Director. The corporation is under the sole control of Hossein Nabati to provide efficient and effective control over operations. Various advisory members to the corporation include Dan Trop - General Advisor and Bill Trop ( unrelated) - CPA. Company strength and stability Operations over the past three years have shown a consistent operating profit. As this proposal is open to review through public records requests, audited financials are only avail- able for viewing upon request. In 1994, we purchased our own property at 2406 S. Main Street in Santa Ana. We never left our roots. We began with a fledgling fleet of 5 taxicabs and transformed into its current fleet of over 125 vehicles over the next 20 years. Santa Ana remains key to our business plans as it is the hub of Orange County. Our current location at 2406 S. Main Street in Santa Ana, is at the heart of all major Orange County freeways. We are proud to be located in a select "Enterprise Zone ". Our 25 employees are nearly exclusively bi- lingual Spanish and reside in the City of Santa Ana. We also utilize a diverse community of over 200 independent contractors -both full time and part time. A White and Yellow Cab Inc. has been licensed in the City of Santa Ana for over 19 years and has contributed to the economic wellbeing and tax base of the city exclusively, for that many years.
