Similar Experience - Anaheim Amtrak. Fullerton Amtrak, and Irvine Amtrak <br />We currently provide non - contract services to the Anaheim Amtrak, Fullerton Amtrak, and <br />Irvine Amtrak. Taxi stands open to licensed companies are served by us. We utilize these <br />stations as a "base of operations" to serve surrounding areas. We have no known record of <br />any incidents or problems at these stations. <br />We do provide on call service at The Depot, when called in by passengers. Our drivers are <br />not allowed to loiter on the property, stand in the taxi line, or solicit business. <br />General Experience- Corporate Account Base <br />A White and Yellow Cab Inc. maintains a large corporate account base of over 100 entities. <br />Corporate accounts are invoiced on a monthly basis and entail the use of a voucher - billing <br />system to pay for transportation versus use of cash or credit card payment. This account <br />base includes major for -profit corporations, hospitals, and medical providers. An example of <br />contract accounts includes those with the Department of Social Services, transportation and <br />translation claim providers- like ACCESS, the state Victim Witness program, and the Aids <br />Service Foundation. Our largest account is wither hospital outpatient program that,provides <br />transportation for over ZSO p'atietits 'Oet week. <br />A complete list of accounts and contacts are available on demand from members of the <br />proposal review committee. They are deemed confidential and proprietary, and not pre- <br />sented here to prevent disclosure to competing companies seeking government disclosure. <br />General Experience- City of Santa Monica <br />A White and Yellow Cab Inc. has served the City of Santa Monica for over 10 years. We <br />maintain a fleet of 10 taxicabs that work nearly exclusively for this city. All service requests <br />come through our Santa Ana headquarters and are dispatched via the Digital Dispatch Sys- <br />tem. Most notable is our contract to provide services to the City of Santa Monica through <br />our contract with W.I.S.E. senior services. While there is a myriad of taxi companies serving <br />LA and Santa Monica, we are one of the most consistent and dependable services in the area. <br />General Experience- Acquisition of other companies <br />A White and Yellow Cab Inc. has acquired the assets of several companies over the past few <br />years. In 2002 we purchased Super Taxi of South Orange County and various assets of <br />American Taxi- the now defunct, bankrupt company of the JWA contract. A major contribu- <br />tor of American Taxi's demise can be blamed on the terrorist attacks of Sept 1 Ith. Air trans- <br />portation took a major hit for many months and American Taxi's dependence on the JWA <br />contract was a fatal blow when passenger counts dropped. <br />Corporate Focus <br />A White and Yellow Cab Inc. focuses on providing a professional, diverse, balance of trans- <br />portation throughout Orange County and does not rely upon a single source contract to <br />maintain its financial health. Our focus on a balanced mix of contracts and areas of service <br />is our greatest corporate strength. We have the stability to weather any storm. <br />
