Similar Experience - Arrowhead Pond and Edison Field <br />The Arrowhead Pond and Edison Field are also major sources of passenger traffic that we <br />manage. Our dispatchers inform all drivers of the start and end times of events, coordinating <br />the staging of vehicles in critical areas and disseminating the latest traffic and construction <br />information. We are rarely called for service at these mega events as we have our strategic <br />lines placed for quick and efficient transportation. When event staff calls us, our response is <br />quick, and efficient. Our drivers are instructed as to the quickest way to pickup and drop off <br />to make these events as smooth as possible, regardless of traffic or unforeseen demand. <br />Anaheim Customer Satisfaction Survey and Response <br />The A Taxi Cab management team has been proactive in responding to the needs of the City <br />of Anaheim residents and visitors. An independent survey by Schaller Consulting on July <br />20, 2000 revealed that the majority of taxi customers are satisfied or very satisfied with <br />service from 1(800)1MY TAXI and Yellow Cab of North O.C. - The Anaheim licensed <br />companies at the time of the survey. There have been virtually no complaints <br />lodged against the company, per the City of Anaheim Code Enforcement. A White and <br />Yellow Cab expects to continue serving indefinitely for the City. <br />
