Mr. Carlson quickly became the senior accountant at A White and Yellow Cab Inc. Mr Carlson is the primary liaison with drivers at the lease payment window. Responsibilities include the documentation of payments, driver and taxicab logs, and working with other management team members in achieving the goals of the company. As the manager in charge of taxicab issuance, OCTAP permits are checked for validity of each driver and taxicab that leaves the office. All drivers are informed of the vehicle checkout procedures and maintenance concerns that are necessary for trouble free operation of the vehicles. Other duties include cashiering at the lease window, accounts payable and receivable, as well as assisting the President with bookkeeping. As drug program administrator, Mr. Carlson is also responsible as a liaison with Norton Medical in affecting the Random Drug and pre- employment drug testing program. Mr. Carlson's 10 years of management experience outside of A White and Yellow Cab Inc. and 7 years of duty on board with us is a trusted asset. Primary Driver / Supervisor - Jack B. Merrill Mr. Merrill served as a Transportation Specialist while in the US Air Force. He achieved rank of Sergeant and has held management positions. His management positions, over 16 years worth in private industry, make him well qualified as a driver supervisor. Mr. Merrill joined A White and Yellow Cab Inc. in 1998 as an Operations Manager. He retired from us in June of this year, yet continues to drive full time as a lease driver. His 7 years of direct experience managing this company as Operations Manager and previ- ous 16 years as management in private industry hold significant value as a supervisor. He is simply put, well qualified. In addition to his duties as a the main supervisor for us at The Depot, he will work on a daily basis with Carolyn Fullerton to assure superior service.
