Mr Gray has managed the Anaheim Franchise implementation, in accordance to the Fran- <br />chise awarded to us - key changes and modifications to the DDS system were required to <br />assure the best possible service to stands and zones. Operating procedures of the drivers and <br />dispatch staff were also initiated. As Operations Manager of our Santa Monica office, he <br />was responsible for consolidation of that office over to DDS and operations to the current <br />Santa Ana office. Other miscellaneous achievements include the set up and maintenance of <br />various corporate accounts within the DDS through integration between staff, computers, <br />and drivers. <br />Mr Gray currently works hand in hand with the President to ensure that business objectives <br />are met, through communication, careful study, and knowledge. He is the primary facilitator <br />and implements most major decisions from the President. Mr. Gray has over 12 years of <br />experience with the company and over 10 years in a management capacity with A White and <br />Yellow Cab Inc. <br />Fleet and Driver Trainin¢ Manager - Lynn Strong <br />Lynn Strong received a degree in automotive science from ITT technical in Buena Park. He <br />also completed general studies at Weber State College in Utah. His management experience <br />hails from over 10 years of service and as a manager for private industry, previous to A <br />White and Yellow Cab Inc. His ability to relate to people developed while a counselor for <br />World Wide Family Associates for over 3 years. <br />Mr. Strong has been Fleet and Driver Training Manager since 1998. His 7 years of experi- <br />ence with A White and Yellow Cab Inc. has allowed him to fine tune several aspects of our <br />operation. As fleet manager, he is the primary support of our safety, maintenance, and <br />preventive maintenance programs. Direct communication and integration with drivers, <br />managers, and mechanics is provided through the fleet manager. He manages a database of <br />auto registration, OCTAP inspections / permit dates, safety inspections, preventive mainte- <br />nance, and insurance to assure all regulations and laws are followed. <br />The primary responsibility of the fleet manager is to assure a safe vehicle for both the driver <br />and passenger. He inspects all taxicabs on a daily basis before the vehicle is assigned to a <br />driver. The lack of any significant vehicle safety related accidents is a testa- <br />ment to his abilities, His total of 17 years of management experience is another valued asset. <br />Accounting and Drue Program Administrator Manager - Jim Carlson <br />Jim Carlson was educated at Fresno City College and then later attended UCLA and UC <br />Berkeley in the field of accounting. Mr. Carlson's experience includes over 10 years of <br />management in the retail private sector, in cash management on a regional level, and as a <br />credit analyst. Mr. Carlson started with A White and Yellow Cab Inc. in 1998 as an account <br />manager. <br />
