17 Primary Drivers Proposed <br />1(800)4MY- -TAXI proposes a dedicated team of 17 primary drivers. These drivers are the <br />core fleet of drivers as proposed in the Operations Section. The primary driver has an <br />average of 9.5 years of experience. Each driver is uniquely qualified to become part of the <br />The Depot team. Some have experience with other train stations and the John Wayne Air- <br />port. All have the required knowledge of the county to provide trouble free experiences <br />taking passengers to their destinations. The integration of these drivers is enhanced in the <br />training we will require, if selected to serve The Depot. Professionalism is the pride of our <br />Depot Drivers. <br />Experience Transfer <br />As with most contracts regarding human resources and transfers of contracts, we will absorb <br />drivers from the current contractor. 1(800)IMY TAXI will offer Primary Driver status to <br />any current "The Depot' taxi driver that wishes to transfer over to us provided our require- <br />ments are met. In this case, the driver will be given preferred placement as a Primary Driver <br />along with a transfer bonus equivalent to two weeks free lease. See the Operations Section <br />for details. <br />Additional Training <br />A* CAW* 41K <br />Primary Drivers are required to complete they Vrjv0XAvAd0t1ty; specialized customer service <br />training, and the integration meeting, as proposed in the Operations Section. <br />Back Up Drivers <br />In the event that primary drivers are fully booked or occupied, perhaps during peak travel- <br />ling season, back up drivers will be utilized to provide service as a supplement. Back up <br />drivers will have a minimum of three years of taxi driving experience. Back Up Drivers are <br />required to complete the Driver Academy, specialized customer service training, and the <br />integration meeting, as proposed in the Operations Section. <br />Driver Experience Statements <br />Each primary driver brings years of experience onto The Depot team. A brief statement of <br />experience or customer service has been solicited from each proposed primary driver to <br />include in this proposal.
