<br />Exhibit A: Statement of Work <br /> <br />'- <br /> <br />e. The number and duration of training classes to be provided are defined in the attached Training <br />Plan. <br /> <br />Santa Ana shall: <br /> <br />a. Designate and assign personnel to receive training in groups not to exceed the class size listed in <br />the training plan. <br /> <br />b. Santa Ana will provide the necessary classrooms, facilities, materials, copies of documentation, <br />networks and lines to data terminals, personal computers and PC operating system software, and <br />related equipment to support training classes. This includes one full-function workstation per <br />student, one full-function workstation for the instructor, an LCD, a projection screen, a whiteboard <br />and connectivity to the server. <br /> <br />c. Provide sufficient copies of the documentation supplied by Positron to support all students in the <br />training classes. <br /> <br />d. Ensure that appropriate Santa Ana Training personnel and system administrator are available to <br />actively participate in the scheduled training programs. <br /> <br />e. Ensure that Santa Ana personnel to receive CAD training are proficient in the use of Microsoft <br />Windows functionality. <br /> <br />1. Provide any desired video taping equipment and services for the purpose of taping treining <br />classes for the purpose of future training of Santa Ana staff. <br /> <br />g. Assume responsibility for travel and per diem expenses for Santa Ana staff for any off-site training <br />classes selected by Santa Ana. <br /> <br />Completion Criteria: <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />This task is considered complete when the scheduled technical and user training on each installed <br />subsystem is completed. <br /> <br />Task 11: <br /> <br />CAD Production Cutover <br /> <br />ObJective: <br /> <br />Place CAD into Production Operation. <br /> <br />Task Description: <br /> <br />Once Functional and Integration testing are complete, Positron will certify the CAD subsystem as <br />operational and ready for production operation and assist Santa Ana in placing the subsystem into <br />productive use. Santa Ana may elect to shadow operations during this period by using both the existing <br />CAD product as well as the newly installed Positron CAD product to foster comfort in system operation. <br />Positron personnel will be on site for pre-live cut and post-live cut support. Positron personnel will fine-tune <br />the CAD software application for optimal performance. After live cut, a 30-day reliability test period will <br />begin. <br /> <br />Responsibilities: <br /> <br />Positron shall: <br /> <br />a. <br /> <br />Assist Santa Ana staff in placing CAD into a production status. <br /> <br />Monitor the initial operation of CAD and answer any operational questions raised by Santa Ana. <br /> <br />Provide, at a minimum, the services of one (1) technical person and one (1) resource person for a <br />maximum of eight (8) hours per day for three (3) calendar days on-site to monitor the subsystem. <br />The exact hours will be determined by Santa Ana.
