PB is a nationally <br />recognized firm for their expertise in conducting similar studies. PB <br />has provided a strong study team, which is very familiar with the City's <br />needs. PB's familiarity with the City comes from amending the <br />Circulation Element of the General Plan and work on the Centerline <br />proj ect. PB's proposed cost is very competitive.
