AMENDMENT APPLICATION NO. 976 - SPECIFIC DEVELOPMENT PLAN NO. 44 <br /> <br />Filed by Douglas Price of Outline Investments Inc. to rezone property <br />located at 1205 W. 17th Street from the R-1-B(Residential) District to the <br />SD 44 (Specific Development) District to permit the reconstruction of the <br />Mission Car Wash detailing business at another location on the site. <br /> <br />Recommended for approval by the Planning Commission on March 23, 1987, by <br />the following vote: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />Spevacek, Uno, Miller, Chavez-Gomez, Godinez <br />Sizemore, Casteix <br />None <br /> <br />Legal notice published in the Register on June 5, 1987. <br /> <br />The Vice Mayor opened the public hearing regarding Amendment Application <br />No. 976 and Specific Development Plan No. 44, proposing to rezone the <br />property from the R-1-B (Single-Family Residence) District to the SD <br />(Specific Development) District to permit the construction of the Mission <br />Car Wash Detailing Business at another location on the site located at <br />1205 W. Seventeenth Street. <br /> <br />Staff report, Planning Commission recommendation and staff comments were <br />presented by Ken Adams, Senior Planner. <br /> <br />The Clerk of the Council reported no written communications. <br /> <br />Doug Price, 1205 W. 17th St., spoke in favor of Amendment Application No. <br />976 and Specific Development Plan No. 44. <br /> <br />The following persons spoke in opposition to Amendment Application No. 976 <br />and Specific Development Plan No. 44: <br /> <br />Claudia Stoltz, 1226 W. 18th Street <br />Royce Johnson, 1206 W. 18th Street <br />Christina Rossetti, 2414 N.
