BUILDING PEP, MIT ISSUANCE POLICY <br /> <br />MOTION: Adopt the following policy: <br /> <br />"When a zoning ordinance change or general plan amendment is <br />being contemplated, which will potentially affect development in <br />the City, and staff and/or a City Council appointed Board or <br />Commission believes that there may be reason to delay or deny <br />issuance of a building permit(s) until such ordinance is adopted, <br />the issue shall be brought to the City Council at its next <br />regular meeting for determination as to whether or not building <br />permits should be held in abeyance until such time as the <br />ordinance issue has been resolved." <br /> <br />MOTION: Griset SECOND: May <br /> <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: <br />ABSENT: <br /> <br />Acosta, Griset, Hart, May, McGuigan, Pulido <br />None <br />Young FILE 625 <br /> <br />COHMENTS <br /> <br />90.A. Walson, 211 W. Buffalo <br />James R. Tall ey, 18662 E. Auburn Ave. <br />Don B. Nevalsky, 219 W. Buffalo <br />Desiree K. Sheperd, 207 W. Buffalo <br /> <br />By the unanimous informal consent of the Council, the matter was referred <br />to staff. FILE 1030 <br /> <br />Salvador Palomo, 11552 Stuart Dr. #2, addressed Council, providing <br />statistics regarding the number of Salvadorians living in Santa Aha and <br />expressing the desire of the Salvadorians to integrate into the community <br />of Santa Ana. <br /> <br />Patricia Mill, 617 S.
