<br />Project name and number along with a detailed breakdown of the services, tasks, hours, <br />and unit costs of the hourly rates listed on the invoice. <br /> <br />1. Up to 90% shall be paid to the Consultant by the City of Santa Ana for each task <br />until the task is completed. A percentage of total contract will be retained until all <br />tasks have been completed. <br /> <br />2. If additional services are required and agreed to by the City prior to incurring <br />additional work, the consultant will be paid for these services as noted in Section <br />III. G. "Fee Proposal". <br /> <br />VII. AFFIRMATIVE ACTION PROGRAM <br /> <br />The City has an affirmative action program. The purpose of the affirmative action <br />program is to encourage certified minority business enterprises and women business <br />enterprises.
