<br />Albert Grover & Associates <br /> <br />Quality Control <br /> <br />John A. Taylor: Senior Design Engineer, Mr. Taylor, who has been with AGA for <br />12 years, has extensive background in traffic engineering and design, including <br />signals, signing and striping, interconnect, accident evaluations and traffic operations. <br />His experience includes timing plan development and corridor studies. Previously, he <br />was the Assistant Traffic Engineer for the City of Inglewood where he was <br />responsible for speed zone surveys and accident analyses. Mr. Taylor will be <br />responsible for analyzing the accident data for this project. Mr. Taylor was also a <br />project team member for the Speed Surveys for the Cities of Santa Clarita, <br />Huntington Park, Cerritos, Ontario, Buena Park, Santa Ana, La Habra, Cypress, Palm <br />Springs, Fountain Valley and Santa Monica, where he was responsible for accident <br />evaluation/accident rate calculations. <br /> <br />Ruben Perales: Engineering Assistant, Mr. Perales has experience in both the public <br />and private sector, having joined AGA after working for several years for the City of <br />Upland. His experience includes both field and office activities, varying from <br />conducting detailed topographic field surveys to the design of traffic signals, <br />development of signing/striping plans, and conducting traffic signal warrant analyses. <br />Mr. Perales has experience with various large scale database projects, and is well- <br />versed in the use of the Crossroads software program. Mr. Perales has lived in Santa <br />Ana for 23 years and is quite familiar with the City's roadway network. <br /> <br />Company profiles for AGA and TSI are included in Appendix A. Resumes for key <br />AGA employees are included in Appendix B. <br /> <br />QUALITY CONTROL <br /> <br />To fully achieve all of the objectives of the proposed project, the following steps will <br />be adopted as AGA's Quality Control Program: <br /> <br />. Speed survey sections will be discussed in detail with the City staff during the <br />initial meeting after reviewing and finalizing the list of street segments for the <br />study. <br /> <br />. Prior to commencement of work, AGA will submit samples of the radar speed <br />survey field sheet, the radar speed survey analysis sheet, the field review <br />summary sheet and the summary of recommendations chart for pre-approval <br />by the City. <br /> <br />. A minimum sample of 100 vehicles will be surveyed during off-peak hours, <br />with a minimum of 50 vehicles for each direction of travel.
