<br />Contract Award for Landscape Maintenance <br />of Public Facilities <br />February 6, 2006 <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />The bid received from Bevill Landscape Maintenance is responsive to the <br />specification. A $40,000 contingency will be added to the base bid of <br />$136,836 to pay for unanticipated and emergency work, for a total contract <br />amount of $176,836. <br /> <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br /> <br />Funds for the first five months of the agreement are available in the <br />fiscal year 2005-2006 Park Maintenance, Library, and Community Development <br />contractual accounts (account nos. 11-250-6291, 11-214-6291, and 67-615- <br />6291) .
