B. designating the newly created classification titles of Budget Analyst and <br />Senior Budget Analyst as Unaffiliated Confidential by assigning the parenthetical <br />identifier "UC" after these classification titles. <br />Section 5: That the Annual Budget for Fiscal Year 2005-2006, as amended, shall <br />be further amended by: <br />A. reallocating one position in Finance and Management Services from the <br />classification title of Senior Management Analyst (UC) to Senior Budget Analyst (UC) <br />with no change in salary. <br />B. reallocating one position in Personnel Services from the classification title <br />of Employee Relations Manager MM-23 ($80,460-113,676) to Assistant Director of <br />Personnel Services MM-26 ($86,652-122,412). <br />Section 6: That except as amended by this Resolution, all other provisions of <br />Resolution No. 82-110, as amended, Resolution 91-066, as amended, Resolution 91- <br />067, as amended, and the Annual Budget for Fiscal Year 2005-2006, as amended, shall <br />remain in full force and effect. <br />Section 7: That this Resolution shall be operative from and after February 6, <br />2006. <br />ADOPTED this _ day of February, 2006. <br />Miguel A.
