Stephens, 3 Vienna Drive, requested clarification with respect <br />to ingress and egress to the proposed project. <br /> <br />Sam Q. Eddy, Attorney for the Boersmas, requested clarification regarding <br />the setbacks for the project. <br /> <br />There were no other speakers on the matter. <br /> <br />The Mayor closed the public hearing at 8:31 p.m. <br /> <br />Associate Planner Tom Childress responded to the questions posed by the <br />speakers. <br /> <br />MOTION: l) Approve and file Notice of Exemption and place the following <br /> ordinance on first reading and authorize publication of title: <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO.
