<br />I. The Executive Director of Personnel Services proposes to create one new <br />full time classification title, and to reallocate one full time position in the <br />current Annual Budget. <br /> <br />J. It is now desired to amend Council Resolution Nos. 82-110, as amended, <br />91-066, as amended, 91-067, as amended, and the Fiscal Year 2005- <br />2006 Budget, as amended, in order to effect these changes. <br /> <br />Section 2: That Section 3.5.1 Class Titles and Waoe Rates for seasonal and <br />Other Unaffiliated Cateoories of Non-Civil Service Part-Time Emplovment of Resolution <br />No. 82-110, as amended, be further amended by adding the following part-time title, <br />assigned to the five (5) hourly pay steps set forth below: <br /> <br />Class Title <br />Professional <br />Standards Investigator <br /> <br />Basic Hourlv Waoe Rates Effective 2/06/06: <br />Step A Step B Step C Step D Step E <br />$24.44 $25.66 $26.95 $28.30 $29.72 <br /> <br />Section 3: That Section 3B of Resolution No. 91-066, as amended, is hereby <br />further amended by: <br /> <br />A. adding the classification title of Assistant Director of Personnel Services at <br />the fifteen-step salary rate range of MM-26 ($86,652-122,412). <br /> <br />B. designating the newly created classification title of Assistant Director of <br />Personnel Services as Middle Management by assigning the parenthetical identifier <br />"MM" after this classification title. <br /> <br />Section 4: That Section 3.1 of Resolution No. 91-067, as amended, is hereby <br />further amended by: <br /> <br />A. adding the following classification titles at the Salary Rate Ranges and <br />effective dates indicated: <br /> <br />Class Title <br />Budget Analyst <br />Senior Budget Analyst <br /> <br />6-Step Salary Rate Ranoe (SRR) Effective: 02/06/06 <br />SRR Annual Salary (Min-Max) <br />624 ($52,584-67,152) <br />653 ($60,612-77,352) <br /> <br />B. designating the newly created classification titles of Budget Analyst and <br />Senior Budget Analyst as Unaffiliated Confidential by assigning the parenthetical <br />identifier "UC" after these classification titles. <br /> <br />Section 5: That the Annual Budget for Fiscal Year 2005-2006, as amended, shall <br />be further amended by: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 2006-007 <br />Page 2 of 4 <br />
