Bristol, addressed the Council to express his concern <br />regarding recent subscription rate increases by Comcast Cable Company. <br />Mr. Davis proposed the City form an independent consumer protection group <br />to monitor and act on consumer complaints about Comcast. <br /> <br />The following individuals also expressed concern with the service and <br />business practices of Comcast Cable Company: <br /> <br />Aaron Blaskawosky, 1500 E.
