<br />.MEMORANDUM <br /> <br />'-' <br /> <br />~ ~ <br />~~~ <br />v V Date: AUGUST 6, 1997 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />To: DISTRIBUTION <br /> <br />From: <br /> <br />FIRE CHIEF <br /> <br />Subject: SECURITY AGREEMENT REQUEST <br /> <br />The Fire Department Training Facility, located at 1427 South <br />Broadway, houses a variety of expensive hardware, i.e. computers, <br />video editing systems, monitors, cameras, VCRs, projectors, etc. <br /> <br />In order to protect the city's capital assets and provide security <br />for the support staff in the Fire Administration building at 1439 <br />South Broadway, we wish to enter into a five year agreement with <br />ADT Security Services, Inc. ADT will monitor the Training facility <br />and the Administration building during that period of time for a <br />cost of $682.00 per year.
