6) Authorize the addition of the following positions to the <br /> Budget: <br /> <br />a) One council assistant to the Clerk of the Council budget <br /> effective October 1, 1989. <br /> <br />b) Ten police officers to the Police Budget effective <br /> January 1, 1990.
