Dennis <br />Joe Lee, 4047 Wilshire Blvd., Los Angeles <br /> <br />MOTION: Continue consideration of indoor swap meet standards to January 15, <br /> 1990. <br /> <br />MOTION: Acosta SECOND: Pulido <br /> <br />SUBSTITUTE MOTION: Table consideration of indoor swap meet standards. <br /> <br />MOTION: Griset SECOND: McGuigan <br /> <br />SUBSTITUTE MOTION WITHDP~AWN BY MAKER A&ID SECOND. <br /> <br />ORIGINAL MOTION AMENDED: Continue consideration of indoor swap meet <br /> standards to January 15, 1990 pending preparation of possible <br /> ordinance changes to increase standards with respect to indoor swap <br /> meets, and to stop their proliferation. <br /> <br />MOTION: Acosta SECOND: Pulido <br /> <br />VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Acosta, Griset, May, McGuigan, Norton, Pulido, Young <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None FILE 605 <br /> 1030 <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> <br />Miles Leach, 2025 W. Tenth Street, expressed concern regarding the <br />Environmental Impact Report on the Bristol Widening Project. <br /> <br />June Foley, 1802 W. 18th Street, requested the Council proclaim December 25, <br />1989 "Hostage Remembrance Day." The Mayor referred Ms. Foley to the City <br />Manager, and requested her request be expedited. <br /> <br />Florence Leach, 2025 W. Tenth Street, expressed concern regarding the <br />proposed water rate increase, and urged the Council to be aware of possible <br />impacts of the Bristol Corridor Project on population density. <br /> <br />Matthew Masingale, 888 W.
