Rick Street, Orange <br />Todd Zepnak, 9470 Lotus Drive, Westminster <br />Alfonso Alvarez, 1234 S. Kilson Drive <br />Matthew Autele, 1108 W. Third St. <br /> <br />The Mayor requested the Police Chief meet with the previous speakers to <br />advise them on how they mi§ht continue their activities lawfully. <br /> <br />Sean Mill, 617 S. Starboard, commented on the Councilmembers' lack of <br />courtesy to each other during Council meetings. <br /> <br />Timothy Waters, requested the Council investigate the use of abandoned <br />buildings as sites to house the homeless.
