The <br />Mayor referred the matter to staff for investigation and a report to <br />Council. <br /> <br />Mayor Pro Tem Acosta requested that staff also investigate street <br />deterioration problems caused by excess surface water drainage at the <br />Regional Transportation Center adjacent to Bruce Metals and Salvage. <br /> <br />Leo Urquiza, da Vinci Engineering Inc., requested notification be provided <br />to service stations regarding the proposed changes to service station and <br />auto repair development standards (ZOA 89-002). The Mayor invited Mr. <br />Urquiza to attend the Council Study Session on the item. <br /> <br />Pat Mills, 617 S.
