Travel <br />time is billed portal to portal, to and from the offices of Otterson & Associates. Mileage will be <br />charged at $0.325 per mile. <br /> <br />The City shall reimburse Otterson and Associates for all reproduction, postage, courier <br />services, long distance telephone calls, and other expenses resulting from the work <br />performed under this agreement at cost plus fifteen (15) percent, excluding mileage costs. <br />Otterson and Associates will be responsible to provide the necessary computers and <br />computer software for use during performance of Development Review services. <br /> <br />Billing statements for work will be submitted monthly. Statements are payable within thirty <br />(30) days of receipt. <br /> <br />This proposal will remain in effect for 90 days. <br /> <br />Again, thank you very much for the opportunity to submittal a proposal for Development <br />Review services.
