<br />Implementation of the proposed project would not exceed the <br />South Coast Air Quality Management District threshold for <br />potentially significant long-term, short-term or cumulative <br />air quality impacts. Therefore, implementation of the <br />proposed proj ect would not expose sensi ti ve receptors to <br />any substantial concentrations of air quality pollutants. <br /> <br />E. Create objectionable odors affecting a substantial number <br />of people? <br /> <br />Less Than Significant Impact <br /> <br />The operation of the proposed proj ect would not generate <br />significant objectionable odors to the public. During <br />construction operations some obj ectionable odors could be <br />emitted from construction equipment. However, the potential <br />odor impacts would be short-term and would not be <br />considered significant. <br /> <br />IV. BIOLOGICAL RESOURCES <br /> <br />A. Have a substantial adverse impact, either directly or <br />through habitat modifications, on any species identified <br />as a candidate, sensitive or special status species in <br />local or regional plans, policies or regulations or by <br />the California Department of Fish and game or U.S. Fish <br />and Wildlife Services? <br /> <br />B.
