<br />Mitigation Measure <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Prior to issuance of grading permits, <br />applicant shall prepare a Water Quality <br />plan that include the following; <br /> <br />the project <br />Management <br /> <br />a. Site Assessment <br />b. Site Design BMPs <br />c. Applicable Routine Source Control BMPs <br />d. Selecting and sizing the Treatment Control BMPs <br />e. Mechanisms by which funding for long-term operation <br />and maintenance of all structural BMPs will be <br />provided. <br />f. Operation and Maintenance Plan to describe the <br />long-term operation and maintenance requirements <br />of all applicable structural BMPs and to <br />identify the entity in charge of implementation <br /> <br />. Prior to issuance of grading permits the project <br />applicant shall submit and have approved a surface <br />drainage/utility plan that depicts all applicable Site <br />Design, Structural Source Control and Treatment <br />Control Best Management Practices in accordance with <br />the Orange County Drainage Area Management Plan and <br />the City of Santa Ana Local Implementation Plan. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Prior to issuance of grading <br />applicant shall provide payment <br />Water Protection Enterprise Fee. <br /> <br />permits the project <br />for the Federal Clean <br /> <br />B. Substantially deplete groundwater supplies or <br />interfere substantially with groundwater recharge such <br />that there would be a net deficit in aquifer volume or <br />a lowering of the local groundwater table level. <br /> <br />Q. Have a potentially significant adverse impact on <br />groundwater quality? <br /> <br />No Impact <br /> <br />Construction operations for the proposed project would not <br />require de-watering activities. Additionally, the proposed <br />project would not interfere with ground water recharge <br />because the site is not located in an area that is known to <br />recharge the ground water system.
