<br />XII. POPULATION AND HOUSING <br /> <br />A. Induce substantial population growth in an area, <br />either directly or indirectly through extension of <br />roads or other infrastructure. <br /> <br />B. Displace substantial numbers of existing housing, <br />necessitating the construction of replacement housing <br />elsewhere. <br /> <br />c. Displace substantial numbers of people, necessitating <br />the construction of replacement housing elsewhere? <br /> <br />No Impact <br /> <br />The proposed project is consistent with the General Plan. <br />Implementation of the proposed project would not induce <br />additional population growth into the area, nor would it <br />displace any existing households or housing. <br /> <br />XIII. PUBLIC SERVICES <br /> <br />Fire Protection: Less than Significant Impact <br /> <br />The Santa Ana Fire Department would provide fire protection <br />and emergency medical services for the proposed project. <br />According to the Santa Ana Fire Department, implementation <br />of the proposed project would not significantly increase <br />the demands for fire protection services over current <br />levels of demand within the project area and that under <br />existing levels of manpower and equipment, they would have <br />the ability to provide adequate fire protection services. <br /> <br />Police Protection: Less Than Significant Impacts <br /> <br />The Santa Ana Police Department would provide police <br />protection services for the proposed project. According to <br />the Santa Ana Police Department, implementation of the <br />proposed project would not significantly increase the <br />demand for fire protection services over current levels of <br />demand within the project area and that under existing <br />levels of manpower and equipment, they would have the <br />ability to provide adequate fire protection services. <br /> <br />29 <br /> <br />31A":'44 <br />
