The environmental information would be <br />forwarded to the appraiser for valuation purposes. <br />Once the above information is available, the acquisition agent would prepare the offer letter, <br />purchase and sale agreement and the memorandum of just compensation and deliver them to the <br />City for approval. The City would be requested to sign and approve the offer letter and <br />memorandum of just compensation. The offer would then be presented to the owner. <br />Depending upon the ownership of the F&E, a separate offer for the F&E may be presented to the <br />franchisee/operator of the fast food restaurant. Negotiations would commence and either an <br />escrow would be opened or the use of eminent domain to acquire the parcel would be <br />recommended.
