Implementation of the proposed project would not exceed the <br />South Coast Air Quality Management District threshold for <br />potentially significant long-term, short-term or cumulative <br />air quality impacts. Therefore, implementation of the <br />proposed project would not expose sensitive receptors to <br />any substantial concentrations of air quality pollutants. <br />E.Create objectionable odors affecting a substantial number <br />of people? <br />Less Than Significant Impact <br />The operation of the proposed project would not generate <br />significant objectionable odors to the public. During <br />construction operations some objectionable odors could be <br />emitted from construction equipment. However, the potential <br />odor impacts would be short-term and would not be <br />considered significant. <br />IV. BIOLOGICAL RESOURCES <br />A. Have a substantial adverse impact, either directly or <br />through habitat modifications, on any species identified <br />as a candidate, sensitive or special status species in <br />local or regional plans, policies or regulations or by <br />the California Department of Fish and game or U.S. Fish <br />and Wildlife Services? <br />B. Have a substantial adverse impact on any riparian habitat <br />or natural community identified in local or regional <br />plans, policies, and regulations or by the California <br />Department of Fish and game or U.S. Fish and Wildlife <br />Service? <br />C.
