Amend consulting contracts with the following consultants to provide <br />right-of-way services for the Bristol Corridor widening between <br />McFadden and Pine Street: <br />• Overland Pacific & Cutler for a total contract amount of $350,000 <br />• Paragon Partners for a total contract amount of $350,000 <br />• Hennessey & Hennessey for a total contract amount of $200,000 <br />• Lidgard and Associates for a total contract amount of $200,000 <br />2. Direct the City Attorney to prepare and authorize the City Manager to <br />execute agreements with California Property Specialists (CPSI) to <br />provide right-of-way management and contract administration for a <br />total contract amount of $475,000; and with Real Estate Consulting & <br />Services Inc. to provide property management services for a total <br />contract amount of $150,000. <br />DISCUSSION <br />The Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) adopted their 2006 <br />State Transportation Improvement Program at their November 28, 2005 <br />meeting. As part of this comprehensive program, they approved a funding <br />Plan of $225 million for the Bristol widening between Warner Avenue and <br />Seventeenth Street. OCTA committed to program $125 million from Gas Tax <br />Subvention funds in fiscal years 2006/7 through 2011/12 and to seek <br />additional $100 million from other sources including federal <br />appropriations, state grants or local funds. <br />25J-1 <br />
