UNIDAS <br />Project Director -Master's-level Project Director will oversee this Program. Approximately <br />five percent (5%) of the Project Director's time will be directed toward this project. <br />^ Administrative Support will be provided as follows - <br />Administrative Assistant - 5% <br />Secretary - 5% <br />Data Clerk/Receptionist - 5% <br />Maintenance Worker - 5% <br />Program CoordinatorlSupervisorlCounselor -Responsibility for day-to-day project <br />activities will be assigned to this 80%FTE staff person; <br />Case ManagerlCounselor-one 100% FTE <br />^ CounselorlJob Developer- One 100% FTE <br />The Program Coordinator for this effort is Ms. Yvonne Elizondo. As <br />previously mentioned, Ms. Elizondo's qualifications include: <br />/ An Associate's Degree in a Social services area; <br />/ Two or more years in a youth program; <br />/ One or more years of experience with at-risk youth; <br />/ Two or more years of experience as a youth counselor; <br />/ BilinguallBicultural in English and Spanish; and <br />/ Skilletl in the use of Microsoft EXCEL and/or other data management program <br />II.C. FISCAL CAPACITY <br />CHCADA utilizes a highly sophisticated electronic system to capture and <br />report fiscal data, including ensuring accountability and appropriate expenditures <br />and planned costs. Our corporate headquarters in Sacramento oversee <br />adherence to detailed procurement policies and procedures as set forth by its <br />Board of Directors under the direction of our Financial Officer, Ms. Lily Ocano- <br />Bracco. CHCADA has successfully adhered to the WIA-required procedures for <br />invoicing and will continue to do so in the event of contract award. Financial <br />statements have been included as requested. <br />II.D. SUBCONTRACTING <br />CHCADA does not plan to subcontract under this program. <br />SUMMARY <br />CHCADA is pleased to submit this proposal to serve the older youth in Santa <br />Ana. We look forward to continuing to provide services under this contract. <br />33 <br />
