UNIDAS Project Director -Master's-level Project Director will oversee this Program. Approximately five percent (5%) of the Project Director's time will be directed toward this project. ^ Administrative Support will be provided as follows - Administrative Assistant - 5% Secretary - 5% Data Clerk/Receptionist - 5% Maintenance Worker - 5% Program CoordinatorlSupervisorlCounselor -Responsibility for day-to-day project activities will be assigned to this 80%FTE staff person; Case ManagerlCounselor-one 100% FTE ^ CounselorlJob Developer- One 100% FTE The Program Coordinator for this effort is Ms. Yvonne Elizondo. As previously mentioned, Ms. Elizondo's qualifications include: / An Associate's Degree in a Social services area; / Two or more years in a youth program; / One or more years of experience with at-risk youth; / Two or more years of experience as a youth counselor; / BilinguallBicultural in English and Spanish; and / Skilletl in the use of Microsoft EXCEL and/or other data management program II.C. FISCAL CAPACITY CHCADA utilizes a highly sophisticated electronic system to capture and report fiscal data, including ensuring accountability and appropriate expenditures and planned costs. Our corporate headquarters in Sacramento oversee adherence to detailed procurement policies and procedures as set forth by its Board of Directors under the direction of our Financial Officer, Ms. Lily Ocano- Bracco. CHCADA has successfully adhered to the WIA-required procedures for invoicing and will continue to do so in the event of contract award. Financial statements have been included as requested. II.D. SUBCONTRACTING CHCADA does not plan to subcontract under this program. SUMMARY CHCADA is pleased to submit this proposal to serve the older youth in Santa Ana.
