"'iU~'.- -.,...-..- <br /> <br />" "._-...~ <br />f~-- <br />....' .\:;~ <br />F'"--~'~:~~' .. <br /> <br />EXHIBIT "F" <br /> <br />Job Responsibilities <br /> <br />To be an effective Area Supervisor you must be familiar with all duties of the Crossing Guards <br />that you will supervise. To maintain uniformity of Company policy, you must review and refer <br />to the "Employee Handbook for Crossing Guards." <br /> <br />I. Recruitment, hiring and training of Crossing Guard personnel for your area will be an <br />ongoing part of your duties. You are also responsible for coordinating personnel to cover <br />all assigned sites and staffing those sites with Alternate Guards if the regular guard is <br />absent. <br /> <br />2. Supervisors must ensure each new Crossing Guard is fingerprinted and supplied with a <br />Company-issued identification card. <br /> <br />3. All guards must be supplied with your phone number(s) and instructions on how to <br />contact you immediately in an emergency. You will also be supplied with business cards <br />that must be distributed to your guards as well as all the schools that you serve. <br /> <br />4. You should visit each employee at their assigned site at least once a week. During this <br />visit you should observe and evaluate them on their adherence to Company policy and <br />safety procedures, appearance, and overall job performance. A formal Site Evaluation <br />must be completed with each Crossing Guard at least two times each school year. <br /> <br />5. You should visit the school principals (or designated staff of your schools) at least once a <br />month to discuss the Crossing Guard program, any problems they might be experiencing, <br />and/or to keep current with any schedule changes that might require a change in the <br />guard's hours. <br /> <br />6. Preparation and timely submission of paper work necessary for payroll will be a biweekly <br />duty of each Area Supervisor. <br /> <br />7. You will be responsible for consulting with the Operations manager before initiating <br />disciplinary actions andlor terminations. When such actions are determined to be <br />necessary you must complete and submit the required documentation in the form of <br />Counseling Memos and/or Separation Reports. <br /> <br />5" <br />
